- Fees are billed as per your selected plan and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

- If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend your access.

- You retain ownership of your User Data.
- You grant Pi Metrics a limited license to process that data solely for providing and improving our Services.

9. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, though we may retain anonymised data for analytics or legal purposes.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pi Metrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
